By subscribing to and using any of the content of or services delivered by Ace Trading Club Limited (the "Services"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). 1. Subscription Eligibility

Have a valid payment method to complete the subscription process.

2. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, with notice to you prior to the new fees taking effect.

3. Access and Use of the Services

Once your subscription is activated and depending on the plan you select, you will be granted access to our day trading tools, certain educational resources, and the trading platform operated through Discord, subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

You must not use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to market manipulation, insider trading, or any other unlawful trading practices.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading the stock market (including day trading) involves substantial risks, including the possibility of losing your entire investment. You acknowledge that the Services do not guarantee profits, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, and Ace Trading Club is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform, its content or the Services.

It is strongly recommended that you consult with a qualified financial advisor before engaging in day trading.

5. Account Security and Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and any other personal information associated with your subscription.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches.

You may not share your account credentials with any third party.

6. Termination of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if you fail to pay subscription fees when due.

In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused portions of your subscription unless otherwise stated.

7. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any content provided by Ace Trading Club on its website or the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ace Trading Club, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation in the United Kingdom (whether online or in person) before any further legal action is taken. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action (as applicable).
